Engine malfunction!!

On christmas day as well,we launched the mean machine.(which is a very long rocket)we were out of d twelve fives so we used a d twelve zero but we had a misfire.then we tryed to ignite the engine again and it whent about 30 feet then it hit the ground and tore two fins off!
